In the browser you buy it from us, once, with 14 days to change your mind. In the apps you buy it from Apple or Google. ![Painted illustration for the questions grown-ups ask about Extreme Drawing.]() ## The short version - Extreme Drawing is free to play, with no account, no ads and no time limit. - A grown-up can buy **the full version** \(in English we call it "the full toolbox"\) once. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. - Bought in the browser, it is sold by us, Game Tailors, and paid through Stripe. Bought in the iPhone, iPad or Android app, it is sold by Apple or Google under their own terms. - **Changed your mind?** You can get your money back within 14 days of buying in the browser. - Only a grown-up may buy. The buy button is in the grown-ups area, behind a small sum. - Your child's drawings stay on your device. They belong to whoever drew them. ## 1. What these terms cover These terms apply to playing Extreme Drawing in a web browser at play.extremedrawing.com and in our apps, and to buying the full version in the browser. When you buy in the browser, we show you these terms before you pay, and you can save or print this page. Purchases in the iPhone, iPad and Android apps are made with Apple or Google, under their terms \(see section 11\). Our privacy policy explains what happens with data, and our refund policy explains how to get your money back. ## 3. Playing the game - The free part of the game needs no account and has no time limit. You may use the game for your own family, at home, at school or in a club, but not resell it or offer it as part of a paid service. - Please don't copy, change, take apart or work around the game or its purchase, except where the law allows you to. - Everything your child makes stays on your device. We never see it and claim no rights to it. - The fire, bleach, hammers and other dangerous things in the game happen only on the screen. The game explains why they are dangerous. Please don't try them at home. ## 4. What you buy In the browser you can buy the full version: the extra tools and tabs that the grown-ups area describes before you buy, for example the cat, the cress, the toy cars and the rest of the Toy box. You get: - **A licence to use the full version**, for as long as we offer the game, for your own family. You cannot sell or transfer it. - **A one-time purchase.** No subscription, nothing renews and nothing is charged again. - **New tools too.** Tools we add to the full version later come at no extra cost. - **It works in that browser.** The licence is kept in the browser you bought it in. With your restore code you can unlock the full version in another browser, on any device. - **The apps are separate.** A purchase in the browser doesn't unlock the iPhone, iPad or Android app, and a purchase in an app doesn't unlock the browser version. **What you need:** a recent browser that can show WebGL 2 graphics \(for example a current Chrome, Edge or Firefox, or Safari 16 or later\). Try the free part first: if it works on your device, the full version will too. The game works offline once it has loaded. About once a week, when you are online, the game asks our server whether the payment still stands. If the server can't be reached, nothing changes. ## 5. Price and payment - The price is shown on the buy button in the grown-ups area and again on the payment page, before you pay. It is in your currency and **includes VAT** \(or similar sales tax\) where it applies. The price can differ between countries. - In the browser, the full version is sold to buyers in the European Union, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. Elsewhere you can get it in the apps. - You pay on a payment page run by **Stripe**, our payment provider. The page shows which payment methods you can use. We never see your card details. - After paying, you get a receipt by e-mail. It includes your restore code. ## 6. Ordering and delivery - You order by paying on the payment page. The contract is made when your payment is confirmed. - The full version is unlocked straight away, in the browser you bought it in. - In the grown-ups area you can choose how the new tools appear: all at once, wrapped as a present, or one new thing a day. That choice only changes how they show up. You can switch to "Everything now" at any time. ## 7. Your 14 days to change your mind ##### Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract, which is the day you bought the full version. **The easiest way:** in the browser you bought in, open the grown-ups area and press "Withdraw from purchase". It is there for the 14 days. Confirm, and you see the receipt of your withdrawal straight away; the money goes back to the card or account you paid with. You can also inform us in any other way. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us \(Game Tailors, Schieweg 15Y-40, 2627 AN Delft, the Netherlands, phone \+31 6 4227 5919, e-mail [info@gametailors.com]()\) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement \(for example an e-mail or a letter sent by post\). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. The easiest way is an e-mail with your restore code or the e-mail address on your Stripe receipt. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your message about withdrawing before the withdrawal period has expired. ##### Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement, and you don't pay anything for having used the full version. After a refund the full version stops working: in the browsers where it was unlocked it is locked again the next time the game checks \(about once a week\), and the restore code no longer works. The free part of the game keeps working, and your drawings stay where they are. **For every buyer.** The full version is sold in the browser to buyers in the European Union, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, where the 14 days above are your legal right. If you live elsewhere and bought it anyway, you get the same 14 days, on the same terms. ## 8. If something doesn't work The full version must work as we describe it. That is your legal guarantee, and it lasts beyond the 14 days. Under Dutch law you can rely on it for at least two years. If the full version doesn't work as described, tell us: we will put it right, and if we can't do that within a reasonable time, you can have a lower price or your money back. These rights come on top of the 14 days in section 7, and nothing in these terms limits them. ## 9. Children and parents - Extreme Drawing is made for children of about 4 to 10. Buying is for grown-ups only: you must be an adult, and allowed to use the payment method. - The buy button, links out of the game and the settings are in the grown-ups area, behind a small sum. Children never see a price or a shop in the game. - If a child bought the full version without your permission, e-mail us and we will refund it. ## 10. The restore code - After buying in the browser you get a restore code \(it looks like ED-XXXX-XXXX\). It is on your Stripe receipt and in the grown-ups area of the browser you bought in. - Use it under "Restore purchase" to unlock the full version in another browser or on another device, for example after clearing your browser's data. - Keep it like a key: share it only within your family. If you lose it, e-mail us with the e-mail address and date of your purchase and we will look it up. ## 11. Buying in the apps - **App Store and Google Play.** In the iPhone, iPad and Android apps you buy the full version from Apple or Google. They handle the payment, the receipt and refunds, under their own terms. - **DEPLAY MAX.** On DEPLAY Kids tablets, the full version is included in a DEPLAY MAX subscription for as long as the subscription runs. The subscription is between you and DEPLAY. - **Ukraine.** In the apps, the full version is free when your App Store or Google Play country is Ukraine. ## 12. Updates and changes - We keep the game working and safe, and fix problems through updates. In the browser, an update arrives when you reload the game. - We may improve the game and change how it looks or works. We won't take away the tools of the full version you paid for, unless we have a good reason \(for example a legal or safety reason\) and tell you in advance. If a change makes the full version clearly worse for you, you have the rights the law gives you, which can include ending the contract and getting money back. - The free part may change. Seasonal surprises come and go, and they are free for everyone. ## 13. Liability We are responsible for the game as the law says. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or any right you have as a consumer. Your drawings are stored only on your device, never with us, so we cannot get them back. Clearing your browser's data, or removing the app, deletes them. Use "Save picture" to keep the ones you love. ## 14. Questions and complaints - E-mail [info@gametailors.com](). Please describe the problem and include your restore code if it is about a purchase. We reply within 14 days. - If we can't solve it together, you can take your complaint to the competent court. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help you for free \([eccnet.eu]()\). In the Netherlands, [ConsuWijzer]() explains your rights. - The European Commission's online dispute resolution \(ODR\) platform closed on 20 July 2025, so we no longer link to it. ## 15. Applicable law and courts Dutch law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the rules of your own country that cannot be set aside by agreement. You can bring a dispute before the court of the place where you live, or before the competent court in the Netherlands. ## 16. Changes to these terms We may change these terms for the future. A purchase is governed by the terms that applied when you made it. These terms are available in several languages; if two versions differ, the one that is better for you applies.
