Money back within 14 days Bought the full version in the browser and it isn't for you? Within 14 days of buying, you get all your money back. You don't have to give a reason. ![Painted illustration about the one honest price of Extreme Drawing.]() ## Bought in the browser \(play.extremedrawing.com\) 1. **Press "Withdraw from purchase"** in the grown-ups area of the browser you bought in, within 14 days of buying, and confirm. You see the receipt at once. Or **e-mail us** at [info@gametailors.com]() with your restore code \(it looks like ED-XXXX-XXXX\) or the e-mail address on your Stripe receipt, so we can find your purchase. 2. **We refund the full amount**, VAT included, to the card or account you paid with: with the button at once, after an e-mail within 14 days and usually sooner. There are no costs. Your bank may take a few days to show it. 3. **The full version stops working.** The browsers where it was unlocked lock it again the next time the game checks, which is about once a week. The restore code stops working too. The free part of the game keeps working, and your child's drawings stay where they are. The 14 days start the day after you buy: bought on the 1st, you can still ask on the 15th. It is enough to press the button or send your e-mail before the 14 days are over. ## After the 14 days - **If something doesn't work** as we describe it, tell us at any time. We will fix it, and if we can't, you get a lower price or your money back. That is your legal guarantee, and it doesn't end after 14 days. - **If a child bought it without your permission**, e-mail us and we will refund it. ## Bought in the iPhone, iPad or Android app In the apps you buy from Apple or Google. They handle refunds under their own rules, and we can't refund those purchases ourselves. - **App Store \(iPhone, iPad\):** ask Apple at [reportaproblem.apple.com](). - **Google Play \(Android\):** ask Google, as explained on [Google Play's refund help page](). - **DEPLAY MAX:** on DEPLAY Kids tablets the full version comes with the DEPLAY MAX subscription. Questions about the subscription go to DEPLAY. ## Your rights We sell the full version in the browser to buyers in the European Union, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, where the 14 days are your legal right to withdraw from an online purchase.
